Data and all other information provided or submitted by the user through the usage of Jobmacha services or via any forms of communication with Jobmacha constitute user information (User Information). Jobmacha treats User Information which by its very nature is sensitive, in the strictest confidence. For the avoidance of doubt, any personal data as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 that is provided to Jobmacha in the User’s regular use of Jobmacha Services, shall also constitute User Information. In the treatment of User Information, Jobmacha will at all times comply with PDPA and the principles set out therein.

Jobmacha will not use this User Information to personally identify the user. However, Jobmacha may share aggregated User Information that is not personally identifiable with partners, governmental organizations, clients, other users of Jobmacha Services and the general public.
Jobmacha will not resell nor provide personally identifiable User Information to third parties without the written consent of the user, unless required by statutory requirements, regulatory requirements or through a discovery process in legal proceedings initiated in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If user do not agree to provide personal information and/or not agree to Jobmacha processing it in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy Notice, Jobmacha will be unable to provide the relevant services to that particular user and his/her application for such services will be rejected. User shall be acknowledged and agreed that it is user’s responsibility to check this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
